Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Returns or refunds will not be given to any customizable products or services. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure any logos or designs are not copyright. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure any logos, designs, and account information is correct prior to placing the order. If there is an error in any details of your order, you can contact us through support@steelskins.co and we will try and rectify the issue, however if the customizable process has already begun or is completed, a fee may be charged if you still wish to change the design. Products are for personal use only; the issuing bank can recover the property at any time. Our products are for aesthetic purposes only. It is the customers responsibility to check their local laws and bank policies.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have thoroughly read and understood the ‘How It Works’ page to ensure they fully understand the order and shipping requirements.

6. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, Steel Skins. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, including expiration dates, so that we can process your transactions and contact you as necessary. We reserve the right to decline any orders placed with us. We may, at our sole discretion, restrict or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These limitations may involve orders placed under the same customer account, using the same credit card, and/or orders with the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make changes to, or cancel an order, we will make an effort to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, or phone number provided when the order was placed. We also retain the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate account information for the products and services offered by Steel Skins to function effectively. At Steel Skins, we do not retain any personal details, nor do we store any information related to the equipment we use. However, for your peace of mind, we recommend temporarily "blocking" or "disabling" your card before shipping it to us, to prevent any unauthorized use during transit.

7. OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Steel Skins shall not be held liable for any breaches of the customer's cardholder agreement. The decision to purchase a Steel Skins product or service is entirely at the discretion of the customer and is not influenced by Steel Skins in any manner.

Steel Skins assumes no liability and does not offer replacement services for cards that have been lost, stolen, damaged, or demagnetized.

The remedies outlined above constitute your sole and exclusive recourse, as well as our entire responsibility and liability in the event of any breach of this limited warranty. Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the actual amount paid by you for the defective product or service that you acquired through the site or a Steel Skins representative. Furthermore, we shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any loss of data, use, goodwill, reputation, costs related to replacement goods or services, or any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.

We do not warrant that the outcomes that may be achieved through the service will be precise or dependable.

You acknowledge that, periodically, we may suspend the service for extended durations or discontinue it at any time, without prior notice to you.

You expressly acknowledge that your use of, or inability to use, the service is entirely at your own risk. The service, as well as all products and services delivered to you through the service, are provided 'as is' and 'as available,' except as explicitly stated by us. They are provided without any representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Steel Skins, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be held liable for any harm, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages. This applies whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other basis, arising from your use of the service or any products obtained through the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including any errors or omissions in any content or any loss or damage of any kind incurred due to the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions or states where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Steel Skins, our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, brought forth by any third-party due to or arising from your violation of these Terms of Service or the documents referenced within them, or your infringement of any law or the rights of a third-party.

16. SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

17. TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

19. CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

20. CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for custom seizures or customs rejection. If for any reason the shipment is returned from customs, we may re-ship it using a different courier however the shipping fees is payable by you. We always declare all of our orders as documents and as "Personal Cards", you do not need to pay any import duties or VAT (except on the shipping fees). If customs or the shipping company demands an invoice, please let them know that it is not a commercial product of value and it is your personal locked cards.

21. SELF D.I.Y TRANSPLANT

You will be given an option to opt out for shipping your card to us and instead complete the transplant process yourself at home with detailed instructions provided. If you decide to go ahead with the self-transplant option we will send you the instructions with a request to confirm that you would like to proceed. A disclaimer will also be provided which is the following: self-transplant process requires you to physically extract the EMV chip from your current card and glue it onto the replica card, to complete the transplant process for the magnetic stripe, you must purchase a magnetic stripe reader/writer. We are not responsible for failed self-transplants, we will try our best to assist you with detailed instructions however if the chip is damaged in the process or if the transplant fails, we do not provide any sort of compensation.

22. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

We process orders the same day we have your card on hand or the same day we receive your instruction for self D.I.Y transplant. We do not expedite orders for any reason, our priority system is as follows: we prioritise the earliest orders first before completing the latest orders however most of the time we should dispatch your order the same day as promised.

23. ORDER DELAY

Under certain circumstances the order can be delayed due to the following: shipping the card with signature requirement which requires us to pick it up, this will delay your order since it will take at least 1-2 business days for the courier to divert it to our local post office for pick-up. Your order could also be delayed if your local customs decides to inspect the package. We are not responsible for the delays for the reasons mentioned above that are out of our control. It is the responsbility of you, the customer, to ensure you are able to receive your order before you travel. A good rule of thumb is ensuring that you have at least 2 weeks for the whole process to be completed incase of delays.

24. RETURN POLICY

Returns or refunds will not be given to any customizable products or services. All sales are final and If there is an error in any details of your order, you can contact us through support@steelskins.co. We will try and rectify the issue, however if the customizable process has already begun or is completed, a fee may be charged if you still wish to change the design. 25. CARD INSURANCE POLICY

Steel Skins offers the option to enhance your purchase with insurance. This valuable add-on provides protection for two years from the original purchase date and allows for up to two replacement cards.

The coverage encompasses:

• Lost cards
• Stolen cards
• Damaged cards
• Bank-issued card replacements
• Card expiration (if it occurs within the first 365 days)

In the event of any of the situations mentioned above, you are eligible for a new custom card if you have invested in the insurance.

Please ensure to send us a new plastic card (with a chip) for processing. Do not return the old plastic card that we have previously converted, as it lacks a chip, and refrain from sending the custom card, as we are unable to extract the chip. If your card is damaged or has expired, kindly request a new plastic card from your bank.

We highly recommend considering the insurance option when placing your order. It is essential to add it at the time of purchase. Notably, the insurance also covers the cost of one-way shipping from us to you, while shipping fees from you to Steel Skins are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that Steel Skins does not reimburse or refund shipping fees.
