Refund Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns. Customized cards are finalized products that cannot be resold, as they contain sensitive and personal information belonging to you, the customer. Therefore, all sales are final, and refunds or returns are not accepted.

(30-Day Guarantee & Warranty) Replacements are possible for the following cases:

• Faulty product: If the custom card you receive is faulty, such as when the chip or the magnetic stripe cannot be read, you will be eligible for a free replacement. However, you will need to obtain a new card issued by your bank and ship it at your own expense. Please be advised that this does not imply eligibility for a refund. Due to the nature of certain EMV chips issued by banks, they may not be as durable as others. Therefore, there is a possibility that the card may cease to function after some time. We are not liable for faulty chips; however, we can process a free replacement in case such an issue occurs. You must contact us within 30 days of your order to request a replacement.

• Design not satisfactory: If the card you receive is not satisfactory or contains mistakes, such as incorrect card numbers or names, you may request a free replacement from us. Our experts ensure that the correct information is engraved onto the card. However, if the mistake arises from a typo in your customization details inputted by you, you will not be eligible for a replacement. You must contact us within 30 days of your order to request a replacement.

Reiteration

Given the customized nature of this product and the irreversible nature of the information transfer process involved in crafting your new luxury card, we want to reiterate that all sales are ultimately non-refundable and non-returnable.
